The Downtown Norfolk Civic League (DNCL) is partnering with the downtown Norfolk business community on a loyalty program for downtown residents who are members of the DNCL. The goal is to provide incentives to the DNCL members to encourage them to dine, shop, and play downtown. The DNCL will post on our website any incentives offered by our downtown business vendors to DNCL members. To claim an incentive offered by your business a DNCL would need to mention the incentive to the waiter/clerk at the beginning of service and show the DNCL membership card when ordering or purchasing.
